To transfer 'Murder Mystery J: The Killer Is Near' to another device, you'll need your 'Username' and 'Customer Code.'
The 'Customer Code' is crucial for safeguarding your data, so please keep it confidential and refrain from sharing it with others.
Please note that if either the 'Username' or 'Customer Code' is unknown, the transfer process cannot be completed.

(1) Confirming 'Username' and 'Customer Code'
Launch the app on the original device and navigate to 'Settings' > 'Customer Code' > 'Confirm' to verify your Customer Code.
Please ensure to check this, as it might become suddenly necessary due to device malfunction, not just during a device change.
(2) Transfer to a New Device
After installing the app on the new device, press the 'Transfer' button on the 'Welcome to Murder Mystery J' screen.
Enter your 'Username' and 'Customer Code,' then press 'Confirm' and select 'Restore.'
* After transferring, the original device will no longer have access to the app.
For 'Non-consumable items (such as Character SP)' you can restore data using the following methods:

You can restore items by selecting 'Shop' > 'Restore Purchase.'
【From Android OS to Android OS】
Items will automatically be restored upon installation.
Both methods require the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
It's not possible to restore purchases between different operating systems. A new purchase will be necessary.
